thoughtfully furnished, and meticulously maintained vacation home on the magnificent central Oregon coast. This
“Almost Oceanfront” home is just a two or three minute stroll to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the coast.
Located in the planned community of Bella Beach, with its neighborhood feel and parks, this is a place where you
will enjoy just walking around. People sit on front porches and visit with neighbors and friends. You’ll look
forward to returning again and again to this home away from home.
Anchors Away has 3 bedrooms and a loft, and 2 full bathrooms. It will sleep up to 8 persons in total comfort.
Larger groups may want to also reserve Kelly Robin, the sister home to Anchors Away, right next door. Kelly

As you enter Anchors Away, you’ll feel welcomed by the tasteful design and furnishings.
The red oak floors invite you to take off your shoes and really relax. The living room is comfortably furnished with a
soft leather sofa and lounge chair. Imagine, enjoying the evenings in the living room with a warm fire, soothing music
from the stereo and hours of conversation with friends or family. Or, you can enjoy a movie on the cable TV or DVD player. |

The dining room is a part of the living area and is fully furnished with dinnerware
and silverware for your entire group. Mealtimes are sure to be festive and enjoyable. |

The kitchen will delight you. The owner of Anchors Away loves to cook, and it
shows in the kitchen. It was designed and furnished to please any cook. It is well equipped with everything you
need to prepare everything from snacks to a holiday feast. With its pantry and granite countertops, it makes meal
preparation a pleasant part of your vacation getaway.

The master bedroom on the main floor level is spacious and relaxing. It offers the
latest technology in sleeping comfort on a queen size memory foam mattress; it’s like sleeping on a cloud. The room
was built with sound boards and extra insulation to reduce noise transmission.

Upstairs Second Bedroom |

The upstairs second bedroom is large and light, with a sitting area and opening to a
private balcony. You’ll sleep soundly in the king size memory foam bed. Imagine, breakfasting on strawberries and
champagne on your bedroom balcony, with its view of the community around you and even a slice of ocean view. See
and hear the ocean, inhale the ocean breezes, and savor the serenity of the community. This is what getaways were

Upstairs Third Bedroom |

The upstairs third bedroom overlooks the large private back yard and deck. The twin beds
are comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated. (Plans are to switch the twin beds of this bedroom with the
queen bed currently in the loft. Please ask your reservation clerk or email us for up to date information regarding

The upstairs second bathroom is a full bathroom with shower and tub. It is beautifully
decorated and furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. |

Sleeping Loft |

The sleeping loft is the perfect sleeping accommodation for privacy and comfort. It is
located above the detached garage and has a separate entrance from the private back yard. It will sleep two persons very
comfortably in its queen bed. (Plans are to switch the queen bed in the sleeping loft for the twin beds of the upstairs
third bedroom, making this a perfect teenager’s or child’s bedroom. Please ask your reservation clerk or email us for
up to date information regarding these arrangements.) A skylight adds to the charm and light of this room. |

Deck and Hot Tub |

We know the name of this fabulous property is Anchors Away, but you’ll
want to drop anchor on this fabulous deck and back yard, and never leave. The deck itself is large and inviting,
the perfect place to relax, visit with friends or family, read a book, or just daydream.
After a long day spent sightseeing or beachcombing, or maybe wine tasting in some of Oregon’s world-class wineries,
step under the outdoor hot water shower (don’t worry, the tankless water heater will provide hot water to your entire
group) to prepare yourself for a relaxing soak in the large hot tub on the deck. Let the hot tub jets take you to a
Zen-like state of total relaxation. Sip champagne in the hot tub as the stars come out; it’s a memory you will
always treasure.
Hungry? The gas barbeque grill is perfect for steaks or seafood, and the aromas of your feast cooking will
add to your enjoyment of the deck and hot tub.
