ocean and beach views. The main living areas are designed to capture the scenic wonder of
the Pacific you came to the beach to see. You’ll savor romantic sunsets from the main level
deck, or from the hot tub on the oceanfront patio. You’ll love watching whales or Pacific
storms from the comfort and luxury of the inviting living area with its cozy fireplace.

The Perfect Setting |

Beauty on the Beach is a luxurious, “Absolute Oceanfront” 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, accommodating
up to 12 persons in the traditional oceanfront community of Bella Beach. It sits just above the ocean, with sweeping
views of the ocean and the beach. Alongside the house is easy access to a 6 mile long sandy beach, one of the finest
in Oregon.
The neighborhood is classic, with plenty of space for walks, and with parks and open spaces.
It’s a friendly place, where strangers become friends, and families become closer.
Whatever the occasion that brings you here, whether family vacation, reunion, romantic getaway, or whatever—your
first impression will be the beauty of this wonderful home and its “Absolute Oceanfront” setting. Guests with
mobility issues will especially appreciate the level entry. As you enter you will be entranced by the openness
of the main floor living area. The vaulted ceilings frame the wall of oceanfront windows as they perfectly
showcase the sweeping ocean and beach views.
The main level contains the living room, with fireplace
and TV, the dining area, kitchen, a master bedroom suite with a master bathroom, and a second bedroom. The
western wall of windows leads to the main level deck. There is also deck access from the main floor master
bedroom suite. |

Main Floor Living Area |

The main floor living area is large, open, light and comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and
inviting, with beautiful plank wood floors and comfortable, cozy leather furnishings in the sitting area. You
can enjoy both ocean views and the fireplace while watching TV.
The dining area shares the ocean view. This is a wonderful place for big family meals or long, lingering
meals with good friends. The sights and sounds of the ocean, and spectacular Pacific sunsets are the perfect
accompaniment for any cuisine.
The kitchen is convenient, with an island that adds counter space and
seating. The kitchen is fully furnished and up to the challenge of any meal. The ocean view from the
kitchen is excellent, and the open floor plan of the main level keeps everyone a part of the party.

Main Floor Master Bedroom Suite |

Just off the living area is the master bedroom suite, with a queen bed, TV/VCR, and direct
access to the oceanfront deck. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach below, or sit on
the deck as the stars and moon make their appearance for your pleasure, and you can wake to the sun on the
waves. This is a comfortable room, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Of course, as comfortable
and relaxing as this room is, you may still find yourself spending time throughout the night enjoying the
sparkle of the moon and stars on the incoming surf. Sleep, or Surf? It’s your choice!

The main floor second bedroom will sleep 2 in a comfortable double bed. It also enjoys the level
entry that guests with mobility issues will appreciate. |

The lower level of Beauty on the Beach features a great TV watching area, with comfortable seating.
The TV-holics will appreciate the big screen, VCR and DVD. Step out of the slider onto the patio with its hot tub
and ocean view. |

There is a 2nd master bedroom suite on the lower level. This is a spacious room, with a
comfortable queen bed, TV/VCR, and direct access to the oceanfront patio and hot tub.
The master bathroom for the lower level is also spacious, with a full tub and shower. |

The 2nd bedroom on the lower level features a comfortable queen bed, TV/VCR, and spectacular
ocean views. Fall asleep to the lullaby of the waves, wake to the play of the sun on the surf. |

Lower Level 3rd Bedroom—The Bunk Room |
|
|
The lower level’s 3rd bedroom is called the Bunk Room. It will sleep 4 comfortably with a queen
bed and a set of bunk beds. |

There is a washer and dryer for the convenience of our guests. A starter supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets is provided. |

Its 5:00 o’clock somewhere! Margueritas? Daquiris? Fire up the blenders! Or, maybe a pitcher
of iced tea. At Beauty on the Beach the patio is the perfect place to spend long afternoons, watching the waves
and the whales while you enjoy your favorite beverage, and maybe the results of your grilling expertise. Even
when the weather is less than sunny and hot, you’ll enjoy the view from the large hot tub on the patio. This
is sure to be one of your favorite places. The aroma of your steaks or seafood simmering on the barbeque grill
will add to your enjoyment. Step off the patio and onto the stairs, and you’re right down on one of the most
beautiful beaches on the Oregon coast, six miles of sandy beach perfect for any excursion from solitary walks,
romantic strolls, outings with family or friends, kite flying, sandcastle building, or just watching the surf
crash at your feet. It never changes, but it’s never the same. Maybe that’s why our guests keep coming back
