Located in the delightful community of Bella Beach, Kelly Robin is an “Almost Oceanfront” vacation home.
It’s just a short two block stroll to one of the finest beaches on the Oregon coast. Getting to the
beach is easy, just walk down the paved street and down the well-maintained stairs and you’re standing
in the sand.
The community of Bella Beach has the feel of an artists’ colony, with parks and easy streets for walking.
Most of the homes have front porches, and on pleasant evenings you’ll see people relaxing out on the porches,
visiting with family and friends, and with neighbors as they walk by. Just three miles away are the shops,
restaurants and sights of the quaint city of Depoe Bay.
Kelly Robin will sleep up to 6 in total comfort. Larger groups may be easily accommodated by also
reserving Anchors Away, Kelly Robin’s sister vacation home, right next door. Together, they will
accommodate up to 14 persons. |

Kelly Robin is a spacious and beautifully decorated single level home.
It will sleep up to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms and a separate sleeping loft. It has 2 full bathrooms. The open
floor plan adds to the feeling of spaciousness. |

Kelly Robin has a fabulous front porch. It’s covered, with a railing, and plenty of
room to stretch out and enjoy a summer cooler and the company of family and friends. Because Bella Beach is such a
“community,” you may find yourself in fascinating conversations with other guests staying at Bella Beach as they
walk by your porch—just like people used to do. |

The kitchen at Kelly Robin is a highlight. It is designed for and furnished by
an avid cook. The gorgeous u-shaped granite countertop provides plenty of counter space for the cook and is a
beautiful and inviting place to gather and talk. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure, with
implements ranging from the potato brush to a gourmet wok. All you need to bring is your own food and drink. |

Master Bedroom Suite |

The master bedroom suite is large and light, and looks out over the private
fenced back yard and deck. The king bed features a foam memory mattress for your total sleeping comfort. The
huge double closet will hold your wardrobe with room to spare.
The master bath is a full bath with tub and shower, and is delightfully decorated. |

Second Bedroom |

The second bedroom is spacious and beautifully decorated. The queen
bed is very comfortable. The second bedroom also has a huge double closet. |

Second Bathroom |

Just one or two steps from the second bedroom is the second bathroom. This is
also a full bath, with a tub and shower. Its décor is bright and cheery. Tasteful linens and plush, absorbent
towels are provided for your comfort and enjoyment at Kelly Robin.
The house is equipped with a tankless water heater that provides continuous hot water, so every guest can have a
hot shower, even if the teenagers get there first. |

Loft Bedroom |

Located above the detached garage, with a separate, private entrance, the
loft bedroom contains two comfortable twin beds. The skylight brings brightness by day, and stargazing by night.
This comfortable room will be a favorite, especially with teens and children. |

Deck and Hot Tub |

Kelly Robin’s large deck in their private, fenced back yard
doubles the square footage of space and multiplies your enjoyment. There is plenty of room to gather together
and spend some quality time with family and friends or to just have the time to start reading Jane Austin’s
Pride and Prejudice. (Or the latest Clancy novel!)
The large hot tub is built into the deck, and features a waterfall jet and colored lights that will delight
everyone in your party. Slip into the soothing water and let the jets work their magic. Whether indulging
in champagne and strawberries for breakfast while enjoying the hot tub, or soaking under the stars in the
quiet of the night, this is what a vacation getaway is all about.
Throw some steaks or seafood on
the propane gas barbeque grill, and relax on the deck or in the hot tub while your dinner cooks—what a life!
There is plenty of room on the deck for dining alfresco.
By-the-way, after a day in the sand of the beach, or in the shops or wineries in the area, you’ll love the
convenience of the outdoor hot water shower on the deck. What a fabulous way to shower off the sand or
prepare yourself for relaxing in the hot tub.

Getting to the beach from Kelly Robin couldn’t be easier. Just walk
down the paved street about 2 short blocks and down the stairs, and you’ll be in the sand on one of the nicest
beaches around. The beach is 6 miles of sand and waves just waiting for you. Whether you’re just strolling
the beach, building sand castles, flying kites, or watching whales (yes, you can see whales from the beach),
you’re in for a wonderful experience.
