Kitchen and Dining |

You'll want to take the kitchen home with you, but please leave it! The kitchen
and dining area have a fantastic hardwood floor, and bright white appliances, including a refrigerator with ice and
water dispensers in the door, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of counter space for meal
preparation, and the kitchen is fully furnished; all you need to bring is your food and drink.
From the dining area, you look out at a greenbelt or at the ocean. |

The master bedroom is refreshing and romantic. Its oceanfront, with a spectacular view.
You can fall asleep to the waves snuggled in your down quilt and wake to the sun on the ocean.

Step outside from the living area or master bedroom and you're on the private
"Absolute Oceanfront" deck, with the ocean at your feet, just a few feet away. The view is breathtaking. When
the ocean is calm it's like a storybook picture. When the ocean is riled, the waves crash into the rocks and
explode into sky-high geysers-what a show, and what fun! Whales frequent the waters in front of Sea For Two,
feeding and swimming to within about ten feet from the rocky coast. Site and design combine to make the deck
partially wind-protected, so its the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun on even the breeziest days.
The crowning glory of the Pacific coast is the beauty of the sunsets, and the deck is a great place to soak in
what is one of nature's most awe-inspiring shows. The colors are indescribable, and even photos seldom do it
justice. Break out a bottle of bubbly, sit back and watch the show; you may be watching both the sunset and
whales at the same time. We sometimes have half a dozen whales or more in our view at the same time. Sea lions,
seals, and an abundance of sea birds add to your enjoyment of this special place. Because Sea For Two is a
ground level property, you can actually walk directly from your deck to the rocks at the ocean's edge-but do
be careful, we don't want to lose you to a sneaker wave! |

Sea For Two is a single-level, ground floor unit with easy
access for handicapped persons. There are no stairs in the unit.
Sea For Two has a washer and dryer for your
convenience. A starter supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets is provided.
All linens and towels are provided.
A starter supply of paper products, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, facial soap, shampoo, and lotion is provided.
There is a telephone for local calls. Long distance is available only to toll-free numbers or collect.
Parking is off-street. It is not reserved or covered. |

The Beach Club |

The Beach Club is the clubhouse for The Village at North Pointe.
As a guest at Sea For Two, you will have the use of the large indoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise
facility, gathering room, pool table, game tables, kitchen, and 19 seat surround-sound theater with real
theater seats. |
